We are always considerate towards all those we may have an impact on, making sure that we respect properties adjacent to the site as well as acting thoughtfully towards local people.
If we are working during the night, for example, either to meet a deadline or to ensure business continuity during a live refurbishment, we plan ahead so that none of the work creates noise or light disturbance. We also try to support local communities, such as by sending wood off-cuts to schools and workshops for the disabled, and timber chippings to stables.
